US REVIEW OF BOOKS
Many writers imagine that they’re funny; Hanna truly is. The book . . . reads at times more like a spoof of airport thrillers—a wicked work of satire in the vein of Kurt Vonnegut or Joseph Heller.

PACIFIC REVIEW OF BOOKS
In this story, we are taken on a wild ride shortly after the 9/11 bombings have occurred. We get to see the world from the eyes of many characters who are seen as extremists in their respective religions. Whether it’s Jack in London who is a fanatical atheist, or the polar opposite in Betsey in Wichita Kansas whose extremist Christianity views lead her to nothing but misadventure. The truly intriguing part of this story is seeing how other characters view them from their more rational minds.

Readers’ Comments
O JERUSALEM, is a dark comedy pitting fanatics of the major monotheistic religions against one another, along with a verbose atheist. . . . if you thought the mass hysteria Orson Welles caused with his reading of H.G. Wells’ War of the Worlds was serious, wait until you read about the shenanigans the kids at Deus ex Machina create. O JERUSALEM is also seriously philosophical , even with the clown face painted on it!
–Charles Rammelkamp

This is an excellent novel. It is thoughtful and thought-provoking and warns of the dangers of extremism in all its forms
–Christina.

Exploration of the extremist mind and the rational one trying to contain it. Imaginative and extremely well written.
